Cinnamon-Eggnog Scones…

Oh my… you must try these.  Even if you do not like eggnog (raise your hand with me), you will love these!  I had some leftover eggnog that needed to be used since I hate to waste. 

This recipe is from the King Arthur Flour website.  I saw it listed on the blog a few weeks ago and filed it away for later.  Later is NOW! 

I have to say, these are awesome.  They really taste more like just a cinnamon scone since the cinnamon chips I used where pretty powerful.  I like cinnamon, but  I may cut the amount of chips next time.  I didn’t have the eggnog extract, so that may have helped with more of an eggnog flavor.  But these are a definite repeat!
